“I HAVE A GENIUS IN ME…HIS NAME IS JESUS!”
Nicole is a native of Louisville, KY and was raised in Shepherd Square housing projects by her God-fearing mother, the Late Ruby D. Harmon. She has been faithful and therefore fruitful in ministry since 1994. Throughout her journey, Nicole has served in various aspects of ministry including: Weekly street/community outreach ministry, Church janitorial work, Prison/Jail ministry, ordained as Deaconess, Licensed/Ordained as minister, Adult Sunday School teacher, Conference speaker, Evangelist, Praise team, Women’s Ministry Staff, Assistant Pastor, and Intercessor.
In 2006 – Nicole released The Restoration Project to the world! It included her first published book, “Restoration of the B.A.D. Girl“, creatively released with her debut CD,”Restored“. In it, she shares a very vulnerable testimony, filled with over 100 scripture references that will empower the reader to get back on course to destiny. In 2007 – She became the Founder and CEO of Sweet Spirit Productions, KY, she presented to Louisville, KY, the gospel stage play, loosely based off of her autobiography, ”Restoration of the B.A.D. Girl” in which she wrote, directed, produced and co-starred in. Also, in 2007 – Her second book, “Anointed, Appointed and Approved for my Assignment” was released.
She hosted her first D.R.E.A.M. conference and in 2008, she launched Sweet Spirit Empowerment Group (S.S.E.G.), a mentorship program designed for women who work in the ministry. On a personal note, Nicole began living by a God ordained 365/Rule which prompts her to be a blessing to someone EVERY single day of the year. As a result, she is tremendously blessed! In 2009/2010, God birthed Kingdom Charm School from her spirit and into the earth to AWAKEN the virtue in daughters of Zion. It is a nationwide revolution to develop timeless, powerful, inner beauty that will propel God’s daughters to heights they’ve only imagined. She also released the Inaugural Edition of the Kingdom Charm School guide.
In 2011, Nicole married the most awesome gentleman and man of God she has ever known, her former high school classmate and teenage crush, Rev. Edward Griffin. He is her best friend who encourages her in the things of God. It is a JOY for her to serve as his helpmeet. Her home resposibilities are FIRST. That lends to why they have a loving relationship and a peaceful household. It is with great joy that they will release the TV/Web Broadcast of PEACEFUL LIVING with THE GRIFFIN’S. It’s a new season.
Nicole has suffered MUCH, but the joy of the Lord has been her strength. She greets everyone with the biggest smile as a testimony that through Christ Jesus, she is indeed an OVERCOMER! She is a well respected woman of God who preaches an uncompromising, and enthusiastic Word that is changing lives for the better. God continues to enlarge her territory. She is balanced in the things of God and her sweet spirit is a contagious force. To God be the glory! The spiritual gifts that she operates in are undergirded by agape love and wisdom. Although she is graced with a thunderous anointing, Nicole is still the essence of femininity and an extraordinary lady. She is Distinctively Necessarily Different on Purpose! Nicole has a Bachelor of Art in Biblical Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Management and is enrolled in Wesleyan Seminary working toward her Masters in Ministry.
Together, she and her husband Edward pastor The WAY Christian Church, Louisville, KY. As leader of the Women’s Ministry, she encourages and teaches God’s daughters to ”Blossom”, come alive and be fruitful in every area of life (Psalm 1).
